Just 6 months since launch, almost 50% of all payment transactions in My O2 happen via the use of a Card Wallet.* My O2 Data Upsell, my second initiative at My O2, offered an enhanced tariff transfer journey to Pay Monthly customers. The number of tariff transfers in the 3 weeks since launch was more than in the previous 3 months.* Reduced the number of requests to Customer Services by 15%.* Share of My O2 between all tariff transfer mediums increased from 6% to 22%.
