In what started as a family “thing”, my work career began in corporate America (CA). I found myself behind a desk in a make ends meet job that I was not happy with. At one point I thought I would get my teaching degree but stay in CA making more money. I then took the leap to use my degree. I started substitute teaching, working hard trying to find a teaching job. I’ve been teaching for 9 years, all of which are in high schools. I recently completed my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Coaching is my passion. I am fortunate enough to “coach” my students and my athletes. The neat thing about teaching and coaching is you also never stop learning. I can honestly say I learn something new everyday. It is my hope that my students, athletes, colleagues and friends learn from me. I’m always interested in building relationships and learning about new and challenging opportunities.
