Senior Deliverable Manager - Technical Writer/Editor
I am a Senior Deliverable Manager - Technical Writer/Editor. In this position, I work daily with consultants, project managers, and management teams to edit and refine the deliverables for the penetration testing, advisory, and incident response services. I collaborate with multiple lines of business within the organization to create efficient and effective documentation that will aid in providing an overall excellent customer experience.Along with editing deliverables, I also manage the delivery schedule for reports across the services to ensure that customers receive reports in a timely manner. This includes building and maintaining weekly sprints, analyzing future workload variables, and communicating any changes or updates needed to project due dates.
Encoder, Research Assistant
During my time as a graduate research assistant for the Department of English at Southeastern Louisiana University, I spent my time as an encoder for the Ruskin Project Literary Archive (Early Ruskin Manuscripts). I had the daily opportunity to complete research assignments and generate XML files in accordance with the early writings of John Ruskin.
