As Professional Services Manager at Document Data Group, my role is ever evolving. Professional Services provide a range of support services to our team of 9 Sales Consultants.DDG are very much a solutions driven company, and while our core is still very much in the print sector, we specialise in Document Management, Print Management, Workflow Solutions and Invoice Processing.Our PS team provide pre-sales support, solution scoping, installation, training and post sales system support. As PS Manager it is my role to ensure the Sales team are supported by the right team member and that the solution proposed is right for the customer in both feature and cost. In addition I also provide support to our Marketing department in terms of presentations, seminars and bespoke demonstrations on all of our products and services.Our contracts frequently cover Print, Document Management, Print Management, Workflow and IT Equipment & Support. My role is to ensure that these solutions integrate as seamlessly as possible.
