Program Manager, Inside Sales
Current- Defines and implements inside sales strategy to identify and address skill gaps and inefficiencies- Develops strategies to address unique business challenges (regionally and globally)i.e. Issuing GSA Letter of Supply to facilitate sales to federally funded end customers, integrating acquisitions into the organization, and developing tools & resources to support unique, customized partner use-cases - Collaborates with Marketing and Operations to ensure inside sales involvement, processes, goals and measurement related to campaign execution- Manages regional reporting and activities to improve organizational efficiency. i.e. negotiating business NDAs
