Technical Support Engineer
Current- Assist and educate companies on their needs regarding Master Data Management (MDM) platform- Work in cloud environments such as AWS and GCP- Utilize REST API calls to update customer data and tenant configuration using JSON- Work in Postman to execute customer's requests- Create technical documentation for internal and external use- Work with PagerDuty to address urgent customer requests- Use JIRA to communicate with internal teams on current projects/tickets- Identify and resolve client's issues, providing efficient solutions in a timely manner
