I assist in monitoring fraud on smiONE accounts and work to prevent fraud through educating fellow agents at smiONE and our cardholders.

I assist cardholders in disputing various types of transactions on their smiONE card. I also work with fraud agents to detect and prevent fraud on cardholder accounts. Research and analysis are two other integral parts of this position and I research accounts for information related to large disputes and analyze cardholder service requests to best assist with their concerns.

As the Joseph Johnson Fellow for the Center for Public History's Regional Music Project, I conducted research and created content for the overall Regional Music Project and West Georgia Music Trail. I worked to create three ArcGIS Classic StoryMaps that present the locations of music venues, past and present, in Haralson, Carroll, and Heard counties. I also visited these sites to take clear photographs of these places so they could be easily located. I also proofread content for the websites and searched the project's image database to find images related to the music venues I researched.
