My job is to talk, and I love it! Throughout my childhood my parents were always being told "Alyssa is a little too talkative in class”, I was always finding someone to talk to regardless of where my seat was. Despite the improvements they encouraged to be made, I have yet to change! Throughout my life, I have developed an art and a passion of being able to communicate with others and getting to know more about them. With my career in recruiting, I am able to continue this if not improve on my communication skills. My job is to drive our company forward by finding the best talent for our team, but I also love finding and matching my jobs with individuals who are looking for the right career change! As much as I want to fill and close my job openings, even more than that I want to find a job for the candidate.
