Thrive TRM is an executive search talent relationship management platform. (More responsibilities are included in my role but are currently not public and can't be discussed here.)AI UX experience: designing for NLP global search integrated into everything in our web app, suggested queries, AI-generated filters and facets. Future work includes AI in designs for personalized user dashboards, work flows, drafting content, smart recommendations, tags, etc. Currently, I work in tandem with the other designer on the entire app for a massive confidential project, directly collaborating with engineering leadership and product leadership. I own the entire Talent Intelligence design strand, as well as part of the AI design strand. For the first six months, I was part of the Search, Communication, and Collaboration cross-functional pod as the sole UX designer and researcher working along side a PM, 2 QA, 3 BE and 2 FE devs. I work across most areas of the app, in collaboration with the other pods as well.
