Responsible for developing, diversifying, and implementing the strategic fundraising direction of the organization to increase financial support in line with overall strategy and goals. Serves on PRH's leadership team and works closely with the Board of Directors and the Fund Development Committee.

Led fundraising strategic initiatives to expand mission services across Goodwill's territory while providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to the development and marketing teams. Sat on the Senior Executive Team, worked directly with the Board of Directors, and led the Fundraising and Marketing Committee.

Served as the lead partner to CCVI's Executive Director, Board of Directors, and served on the leadership team. Executed the fundraising strategy, including implementing the annual development plan. Led the development team responsible for executing three signature special events, soliciting major gifts, planned gifts, and provided vision and oversight of the marketing and communication strategy.

Created and oversaw the implementation of Planned Parenthood Great Plains' strategic approach to fundraising which included major gift work, capital campaigns, institutional giving, and special events, raising a minimum of $2 million in each fiscal year.

Led all aspects of Mid-America’s Bike MS campaign for all rides, chapter-wide – accumulating over $2 million in revenue. Responsibilities included: strategy development and implementation, recruitment and cultivation plans, portfolio management, budgeting and logistical oversight, marketing plans, and event communication.
