I routinely handle claims related to delay and construction defect claims for general contractors as well as large-scale subcontractors in both the public and private sector. I also have experience managing complex litigation concerning fraud, fraudulent transfer, misappropriation and theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, personal injury, eminent domain, and employment matters. I am an experienced oral advocate and regularly appear in courts across Texas. I have trial experience before both juries and the bench in state and federal court. Additionally, I have a particular passion for and strength in written advocacy. I have secured for my clients favorable verdicts and settlements by strategically engaging in dispositive motion practice in both state and federal court.
