In 2005, I was promoted to Director level at Lindsey Management Company and have held long tenure in the role, demonstrating exemplary skills in finance, strategic marketing, business expansion, product development, distribution, vendor relations, public relations, human resources, and contract negotiation.I have had success managing projects through periods of rapidly changing priorities, resources and market conditions, identifying potential conflicts and associated risks to ensure high-quality completion. My passion for hiring, training and supporting top talent hiring and increasing retention bridges gaps between labor forces and management teams to achieve objectives. As an analyst, I assess actual v. optimal performance and develop action planning and change implementation that ensures employee adoption of new processes and best practices to maintain strong retention through periods of transition.I am highly proficient in contract negotiations, proactively setting specified terms and conditions, disbursements, prepared all notice to cure notices, and allowable contract changes from contract origination through closeout.
