Supervising the day to day running of a fleet of 25 waste disposal vehicle and 50 operatives.Ensuring collection from over 2,500 customers daily and over 45,000 domestic properties weekly.COSHH, Risk Assessments and Duty of Care Monitoring.Quality Assurance monitoring, Safety reporting and monitoring, Insurance reporting and monitoring.Payroll input.Monthly management reports.PPE issue and stocks.Disciplinary action.Data inputting / retrieval, ordering/purchasing.Interviewing potential employees.
