P&L responsibility for all GTM functions at Luma Brighter Learning (a 2x INC 5000 enterprise Learning Management System tailored to the transportation industry)

- Oversee the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive partner channel strategy that represents hundreds of partners offering unique value via the Trimble MAPS data platform across NA, LATAM, EU, and APAC.- Drive the development and enhancement of product GTM strategies focused on sales enablement while spearheading sales, support, and relationship management for mid to large (numerous multi-billion dollar global technology companies) while driving revenue growth and expanding the channel sales segment.- Implement rapid response and automation solutions to enter new underserved verticals, establish partnerships in new regions, drive scalability, and meet the rapid increase in market demand/expectations brought on by the pandemic.

- Built a New Account Development program that integrated a consultative enterprise sales methodology into the business development team to optimize client requirements analysis, build a better understanding of current vs. desired future states, optimize tech positioning, and implement incentives to reward partners and reduce competitive threats.- Founded the Emerging Partner program to enable easier access to Trimble products, support product development, boost brand awareness, and increase the addressable market, winning 26 new logos in 2020, 24 in 2021, 32 in 2022, & 27 in 2023.- Led the automation of new sales processes by managing the execution of new projects/programs and introduced new tools, such as BI, to support data-driven decision-making regarding visibility, usage statistics, audits, and pricing improvements.

- Led the identification and successful acquisition of large national accounts, including Retail, Food Service, and Building Products companies, many with billions of dollars in annual revenue, to generate 8-figure revenue through subscription, recurring, front licensing revenue, support/maintenance revenue, and professional services revenue.- Secured Trimble’s largest win within the history of our Transportation sector and brought broader Trimble Technology into an untapped market segment by positioning cross-divisional technology and enabling co-selling between divisions to increase product awareness and boost ARR by high 7 figures.- Served as a key member of the Advisory Board to drive product development, proactively identify market needs, and lead the introduction of a strategic contracted trial process with detailed success criteria signoff, resulting in a higher win rate and more rapid revenue target achievement.
