Instructional Designer
Current- Own the instructional design process which includes, but not limited to topic management, process determination, storyboarding, writing, creating, building, researching, reviewing, and implementing edits across client collections.- Assist with creation and updating of help materials.- Assist with client instructional design projects as needed.- Oversee ownership of What’s New and future internal client efforts and facilitate engagement where needed across departments and team members.- Be involved with UX testing and suggested changes.- Own the documentation process to ensure the internal Luma team is trained. This means overseeing the vision, implementation, collection of materials, scheduling, and updates of Luma University. This will involve coordination with the CEO, COO, and Director of Operation.- Participate in content compliance which includes reviewing and implementing weekly learner feedback, overseeing, and implementing content edits, work with CEO to source and communicate with subject matter experts, and ensure compliance with external consultants.- Engage with the marketing team to provide creative support with ongoing marketing efforts.- Edit and create videos, and be engaged with technology projects as needed.- Provide QA and copy editing of client eNuggets® as needed.- Be on the pulse of instructional design, creative and game-based innovation.- Write and publish articles for Luma blog and web site regarding learning, technology and game-based design topics, as appropriate and directed.- Provide client success ticket back-up during critical outage times.
