My clinical work was in paediatrics across a significant geographical area, covering the full range of clinical cases from minor phonological delays to complex communication disorders. As Complex Health Needs Coordinator I led on behalf of the health service, working with other agencies to ensure appropriate services were available and coordinated. This involved negotiation with personnel at all levels as well as the patients themselves.
