I am part of a team of other analysts responsible for maintaining online reporting tools, standards of quality, change controls and project delivery. I have a varying set of skills from creating online surveys, programming and writing procedures that analyse and aggregate data to building both standard and bespoke online portals. I also create and run ad-hoc reports in Excel upon client request as well as being responsible for maintaining and delivering our own client satisfaction survey and portal. I have skills in T-SQL, SSRS, Report Builder, Excel, Access and other Microsoft Office programs. I am also an internal auditor for ORC International. My responsibilities include auditing other employees either face to face or remotely to ensure that they are complying with company standards and processes. This in turn helps our organisation succeed when we are audited externally. I also attend frequent meetings with other internal auditors to discuss any areas of improvement or any issues, minor or major that we have come across.

As a Customer Support Consultant I am the main contact for anyone who is experiencing both technical and non-technical problems with the completion of their surveys. This covers both ER and Customer Satisfaction. My job role requires me to remain both friendly and professional at all times. I pride myself on being approachable and helpful to whoever may be experiencing problems.I am also training to become a Technical Consultant and have recently developed my skills in Excel and T-SQL.
