Algramo wanted to evaluate, pursue, and prioritize strategic partnerships to further enable them to accelerate their scale and access their target market, however multiple time-sensitive partnership offers and a limited scaling methodology were straining Algramo’s current model and vision. NetEffect identified key complications that prevented Algramo from vetting and engaging strategic partners to establish itself as a platform based business. Anna leveraged the key principles that would differentiate and attract key partners to the Algramo platform to define and communicate its value proposition to potential partners by vetting and adequately place them in strategic points of sale through the Partnership Alignment Tool. Additionally, Anna co-designed Algramo’s engagement with new key points of sale for partners to plug into for immediate mechanism to scale. Net Effect’s work has identified 20 immediate high-potential, high-value partners for Algramo’s platform-based model. The solutions have the potential to yield $1.2 million USD in increased neighborhood shop market share and over $30,000 USD in strategic partnerships. Show less
