I have worked in the F&B sector for over 10 years. I have 3 years experience as a bar manager of high grossing venues such as the well established 'The Living Room', Manchester. I was responsible for staff levels and budgets and well as the equipment budget and stock levels. I had to follow incredibly strict weekly KPI's including a 73% GP with a 100% yield.I am looking to change sector or take on a much more significant role. I feel I have lots of transferable skills to put to use, including a direct management style, handling and balancing of large sums of money and designing of SOP's and KPI's to get the best out of a team and a business.I am looking to further my managerial career either within the F&B sector or in a change of sector which will push me further in my career.
