As a consultant with Turnberry, I work directly with clients and technology professionals to find gaps in efficiency and look at how we use data. I leverage my skills in EDI, automation, data, Jira, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint to deliver solutions that boost output and customer satisfaction.I have a BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a certificate in Data Visualization and Analytics from the University of Minnesota. I have also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification to keep up with the latest security concerns. Some of the projects I am proud of are:Creating a virtual submission option for students to submit documentation that is otherwise difficult to submit, lowering the barrier for entry and increasing their chances for success.Implementing a new version of a self-service module for students accepting loans, which I edited, QA tested, and focus-grouped.Reviewing gaps in reporting for staff to help them get the data they need to succeed.Aiding in rolling forward a new CRM solution to replace an outdated system, which provides users a place to function, store data, and facilitate an easier onboarding experience.I am passionate about helping organizations evaluate and improve their tools and processes, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
