The Kiwanis Club of Lincoln Foothills is focused on improving the lives of the children in our community. We currently lead three programs in our elementary schools. Our healthy snacks programs will provide approximately 65,000 snacks over the course of the school year to children who otherwise would go without. K-Kids teaches leadership to young students and Bugs Homework Club helps those children who are struggling academically.

Beth Roberts was the National Director of Inclusion for Deloitte’s award-winning Inclusion initiative serving 50,000 people in the U.S. and India from 2008-2013. In this role, she led a team to formulate and deliver a range of programs to advance and develop women and minority leaders at all levels including leadership development, sponsorship, and career and assignment planning. Her team worked with leadership and the 8 Business Resource Groups to engage and build a sense of community for diverse individuals including Black, Hispanic, Asian, Women, GLBT, military veterans, foreign born, and differently abled people . Beth also directed work to develop an inclusive culture for everyone across the entire organization including reducing bias, increasing workplace flexibility and improving how teams work together. Her team was also responsible for developing an analytic framework that provided and understanding of root cause issues and allowed for monitoring of progress against Inclusion goals. Her areas of domain expertise include gender, race/ethnicity, generations, work-life, flexibility and analytics.. Under her direction, Deloitte has received the prestigious Catalyst Award for a second time and ranked 8th on Diversity Inc.’s list of Best Companies, 47th on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, among other honors.

Prior to her role as Director of National Inclusion, was a Director in the Financial Services Practice of Deloitte Consulting. In this role she specialized in Banking, the Mortgage Industry and Consumer Finance. Projects she led included merger integraion, business process redesign, organization design, financial modeling, and technology integration.
