As a DevOps Engineer, I work closely with our software developers and business owners to build the backend, cloud-based, infrastructure to support both our software and platform as a highly available service. As a member of the IT team, I helped implement, design and rollout a major Windows 2003 Server/Active Directory/Exchange upgrade from a SCO UNIX system. With an adept leadership team, we provided support during and after the upgrades as well as educating the employees of various departments on how to utilize their new technology in their current role. We also maintained a Nortel PBX phone system which handled all inbound and outbound calls from our SC location.
