Since 1999 I have been involved in the support and operations of the various communication systems for Random House's Westminster Maryland Operations Facility with the addition of support for the Crawfordsville Indiana facility in 2004. I manage all aspects of the communications environment to include phone systems, ICD/ACD/IVR operations and reporting, contact center and IVR scripting, PSTN connectivity, Call Accounting, IP Telephony applications, Moves/Adds/Changes, equipment purchases, mobile communications, mobile device management, video conferencing, digital signage, and cabling infrastructure MACs. In addition I provide support for many of these same functions for our Corporate offices in New York and other PRH North America locations. My experiences have evolved from Systems Administration of Siemens 9751 TDM PBX to our current Cisco VoIP systems and all the benefits associated to converged networks.
