Providing independent consulting services to the Telecom Call Center industry on the Nortel DMS product line as well as SAS Business Analytics platform support.Our services consisted of Telecom Business Consulting, Implementation Services, Knowledge Services as well as SAS Programming and SAS Platform Administration and security.As a small consulting firm, I was responsible for all facets of the business which gave me a lot of experience in all aspects of delivering a quality service.

Managed the TOPS Professional Services group - a customer consulting group with expertise in the TOPS Call Center product line. Services included product support contracts, turnkey project implementation contracts and customized product training seminars. In addition, I managed the Vendor Validation Lab - a test facility for 3rd party vendors. This allowed other companies the opportunity to test their products using our open interfaces in the DMS switch. Beyond managing the personnel the vendors and the equipment resources, I was also responsible for marketing, and invoicing of those services.
