I have worked as a Professional services consultant at Genesys for over 20 years. I have seen and participated in the maturation and growth of our Customer Care, best Practices, and professional services over this last 20 years. It has been both challenging and rewarding to work with so many bright men and women. I transitioned from Best practices to our platform team supporting automation and then to a select group of highly skilled experts in our Omni Chanel practice as a Lead Engineer. I worked on several hi profile projects often with difficult customers requiring complex solutions. We transition to what is now known as the PS NA Architecture team where I work as a Sr Architect supporting Complex Architecture Solution Design and Implementations, Architecture Reviews, Project Audits. I am currently assigned and working with a Major Healthcare and Insurance provider to provide assistance for Architecture Review and and planning for scaling expansion.

Continuously Improve efficiency of the professional services group, by creating and leveraging automation tools. Spent majority of my time as a Principal consultant on long term projects working as a Technical account Manager (TAM) for large enterprise customers. The last 5 years I worked as TAM and lead Engineer for ATT's hosted solution.

Worked as a Senior consultant in Genesys PS supporting many customer projects and implementations.
