About Brad Walter
I’m a strong coach and mentor – and the secret is listening. Most people already know what they need to do, but by listening and asking questions I create a space where people can find their own answers and move in the direction that’s best for them. By actively listening to those around me, I’m able to encourage them all to look at what they do best, what they can improve on, and help provide the space (mental and physical) that they need to be their best so they can continually improve. From a business perspective, this helps my teams hit business goals, be more efficient, with less hiring, longer tenure, and benefits the company as much as the individual.I’m equally comfortable refining existing processes or tearing everything down and rebuilding. A good process needs be adaptable, usable, and add value. It should be a perfect balance of workflows, technology, and people. You cannot achieve such a balance without including and listening to the people that will be using the newly created process. In my decade of management, I've never had an idea become worse by asking team members how they'd do it.
