Spearheaded the U.S. Naval Forces implementation of a joint all-domain command and control system (Maven Smart Systems) driven by USCENTCOM and intended to allow smooth and actionable communication between all USCENTCOM components.Utilized and implemented a situational awareness tool (MSS) that incorporates AI to significantly improve the ability of the commander to make timely decisions. Supervised rotating 10-15 person teams during two week to two month underway periods to train and certify all pre-deploying naval units on the U.S. East Coast. Responsible for training in the areas of live fire exercises in a broad range of weapons and maritime security operations.Trained and certified more than 50 naval units for deployment through planning and executing more than 200 training events for naval surface fire and maritime security operations.Developed and executed the first deployment certification process for U.S. warships forward deployed to Rota, Spain.

Safely navigated an Arleigh Burke class destroyer through a 7-month deployment of more than 25,000 nautical miles and 10 foreign port visits, by ensuring strict navigational compliance with applicable instructions, notices and directives.Led 25 staff members in the daily administrative functions and navigation of the ship.Responsible for 320 individuals pay and record management, shipboard navigation planning and execution, and junior officer qualification.Trained and qualified more than 15 junior officers as Officers of the Deck and Surface Warfare Officers.

Led 30 engineers in the daily operation and maintenance of gas-turbine propulsion and electrical generation plants of a guided missile destroyer.Responsible for all operational functions within the propulsion and electrical plants to include timely diagnostic correction of malfunctions associated with main reduction gears, engines, generators, electrical systems, and auxiliary machineries. Ensured safety awareness and strict adherence to procedures.Supervised a successful two million dollar repair yard maintenance period and certification cycle.
