I control several small units on the DCS board that consist of a Naphtha hydro treater, Reformer, Diesel hydro treater, Isomerization and a NGL. I currently been on the DCS board for 6 years, taking as a new learning experience to better my overall performance and to better the overall performance of my co-workers. I was rewarded a chance to take on the role as a step up Shift Supervisor based off my performance on the DCS board and my leadership skills. I am also a Lieutenant on our ERT team and the next goal is to train and get certified on the Crude DCS board.
