Brandon is based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office.Mr. Kramer’s brokerage practice specializes in: assisting office, industrial and flex use asset owners with the sale of their investment property, owner/operator sale and leaseback transactions, exit strategy development for industrial or flex use asset investors, and individual investor representation for the purchase and sale of industrial or flex use assets.Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, Mr. Kramer was involved in several start-up and growth businesses, focused primarily in the renewable energy industry. Brandon has been involved in the project development, investor solicitation and commodity sales in the ethanol industry since 2005, most notably the development and successful operation of the nation’s first commercial scale, second generation/cellulosic ethanol production facility. Mr. Kramer has been involved in the project development, project management, construction and sale of several multi-million dollar industrial facilities in the renewable energy industry. In addition to the experience in the ethanol industry, Mr. Kramer was a part of a team that developed a start-up business that produces wood pellets in Rapid City, SD and has sold engineering and IT staffing services in the Denver area. Mr. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and is an active member in the CSU Alumni Association, the Denver RAM Network, the CSU Business Roundtable and the CSU Liberal Arts Counsel. Brandon’s interests include hunting, snowboarding, auto racing and investing.
