Directs and oversees the operational and administrative goals, objectives and performance of the Chappaqua Crossing campus. Acts as Service Line Administrator for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Orthopedics.Responsibilities include:1. Oversees operations, administration and quality of patient care for all onsite ambulatory services. 2. Accountable for strategic and program planning, profitability, volume, new business ideas, understanding clinical, technological and business trends.3. Ensures safe, effective, and efficient operation of entire Chappaqua Crossing facility including liaison to the landlord, meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining Planetree standards. 4. Prepares departmental budgets for all services under purview. Manages budget commitments for materials, supplies and personnel to effectively control expenses and overtime.

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and staff of Rehabilitation Services including the monitoring/administering of quality patient care while maintaining alignment with strategic operating plans and objectives.Responsibilities include:1. Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines and evaluates the performance of staff. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.2. Coordinates patient scheduling.3. Participates in the development and implementation of pertinent policies and procedures. 4. Participates in the development of the annual operating budget.5. Supervises quality assurance activities and maintains related documentation.Achievements:- Completed the Northwell ALEAD leadership development program.- Primary Green Belt member on System wide Six Sigma project to improve mobilization of patients in the ICU.- Assisted in the design, creation and implementation of an occupational therapy department.- Synthesis data and performance metrics to support and develop staffing models that improve productivity and increase therapists efficiency.
