Principal Engineer
CurrentProfessional background is 17-years of transportation and site-development engineering experience, specializing in hydrology and hydraulics in direct support of transportation facilities. Experience is with highways, bridges, railroads, airfields, and park & ride lots. Responsibilities are for transportation-related drainage coordination tasks of various size and complexity, for planning documents, conceptual designs, preliminary engineering, final engineering, and construction services. The project experience includes quality assurance, project management, design, review, and inspection of transportation infrastructure, surface drainage systems, closed storm drain layouts, stormwater management facilities, erosion & sediment control measures, streams, and wetlands. Familiarity is with current regulatory criteria and guidelines throughout the mid-Atlantic region as they pertain to stormwater, wetlands, and floodplains. Professional engineer licenses are with Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, West Virginia, and Delaware.
