CurrentSuperior Plus Energy Services, Philadelphia, PA(2000 - 2009 Sunoco Home Comfort Services, Philadelphia, PA)Energy Transport and Delivery – Liquid and Gaseous Hazardous Fuels Position: Onsite and Remote - Dispatch Transport Logistics Manager• Facilitation of fuel deliveries to 36,000 customers in southeastern Pennsylvania• Supervision at times of up to 40 fuel truck drivers and transport trucks• Coordination and conflict resolution between drivers, CSRs and customers• Scheduling and schedule adjustment to expedite delivery of fuel on a 24-hour/7-day-week service calendar • Compliance with state and federal EPA and DOT regulations• First Responder – Sunoco Hazmat Disaster Training Program• Daily schedule adjustment for drivers starts at 5:30am • Regular office hours start a 7:00am• Schedule creation for next workday: 7:00pm • Screen/Interview and hire new Hazmat truck drivers • Train drivers in delivery, loading and safety procedures.• Organize drivers’ schedules for seven-day delivery week• Secure contracts for technical products and services.• Utilize ROI cost and profitability metrics; track inventory.• Emergency Management – Truck Spills, Fires, Driver Medical Injuries TECHNICAL AND APPLICABLE SKILLS• Remote computer access from any location via Smartphone tether or WiFi• Proprietary Computer Software: Add Energy – Digital Dispatch - Synergis – PGP encryption, TOR Tunneling • Platforms: Windows – Linux: Ubuntu/Red Hat – Mac• Computer Software: MS Office Suite 2013 – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint• Designed and supervised the build of schematic specifications for full facilities and remote projects. Adroit with server technologies• Research and source land titles, leases, surveys, analyses, graphs and relevant gas drilling studies through county prothanotories and state records.• CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements• Real estate appraisal experience relevant to reviewing gas drilling lease opportunities.
