I was hired by Certpoint Systems as its eighth employee and member of the senior management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer as the Vice President of Sales. I rejoined the company in 2017 after one year with Bridgeline Digital.My achievements included increasing annual revenue from less than $1M to over $20M, positioning the company to be acquired by Infor. I launched and managed the Sales organization, growing from one employee to 32 professionals that included a regional vice president, sales executives, account managers, business support managers, customer support representatives, and marketing team members.In leading sales, I was able to build a customer base of more than 150 industry-leading companies, including Toyota, Sonic, Milwaukee Tools, Estee Lauder, Stanley Black & Decker, Hersey Corporation, The Hartford Insurance, Mercury Insurance, Whirlpool, and Popeye’s.I personally exceeded sales targets year after year by over 20% while maintaining a client retention rate higher than 95%.
