My current focus is all about scalability: organizational scalability and application scalability. As our engineering team grows, I'm working to identify and break apart the codebase into smaller bite-sized chunks to reduce cognitive load on teams as well as identifying scalability pain points within the system design ensuring that our applications continue to scale as our customer base rapidly grows. This is a natural progression out of my background in cloud-native design and DevSecOps.I've run the gamut from small research and development projects to a large (700 person) programs performing nearly aspect of the program lifecycle, from system engineering to software development to integration and deployment.
