Led to multi-year Lab Services engagement and two additional headcounts for the Lab Services organization.• Developed Ansible playbooks and integrations with Netbox (Source of Truth) to automate the entire build out of said Fortune 10 Global Telecommunication company’s SD-WAN lab environment. This saved an estimated 80 hours of build time, sped up the delivery of results, and created a consistent testbed for each iteration of testing.

Worked with Cisco, VMware Velocloud, Fortinet, Silverpeak, and Meraki on showcasing their SD-WAN products to customers across different verticals.• Co-led lab services engagement for a Fortune 50 Global Financial company in which they evaluated Cisco vs. Arista for their next generation data center switching platform: worked with customer to gather requirements and develop a complete test plan, worked with vendors to ensure they are onboard with test plan, developed project plan, built out test bed environment, assisted vendors with test execution, and finalized documentation for customer consumption.• Presented to executive team, global sales organizations, and global engineering organizations on WWT’s weekly innovation meeting. Topics include how we use Traffic Jam in SD-WAN labs, speeding up documentation through automation, and automating the build out of lab environments.
