For each department at the University of Alabama, determined the total number of proposals and awards, and their monetary values, submitted in the past three years (via Cayuse SP reporting portal); determined the frequency of each federal, state, and local sponsor UA principal investigators submitted proposals to, and received awards from, in the past three years; and constructed a report that quantitatively showed the current division of work among the Specialists in the Office. Used this data to more equally divide the workload/department-load amongst each Specialist.
