I am privileged to work with one of the greatest teams. My role allows me to interact with volunteer groups across a broad spectrum of Thriftstore ministry.

Generating work orders and purchase orders, service dispatch, invoicing, scheduling, generating reports, answering phone calls.

As Ministry Project Executive, Bruce served as the initial contact representing Building God's Way and S&B Construction Group. Some of my duties included presenting to leadership teams our Biblical concept for Ministry Facility Construction. As an Architectural/Design firm and Construction firm, we worked together with a Biblical approach, helping ministries in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi bring the vision God has given their leadership team to fruition. Partnering early in the visioning stage allowed us to hear the heart beat of the Ministry, giving us the ability to walk with your ministry, from vision casting and master planning through construction!

08/01 – 10/13​​Sales Estimator, TEMPCO INSULATION, INC., West Monroe, LA ​Responsibilities encompass interface primarily with contractors in the new construction (commercial and residential) and retro-fit insulation industry marketing insulation products, which included: Fiberglass blankets, blown-in-blanket (BIBS), K-13 and fireproofing products to both the residential and commercial markets. Specific functions include the overseeing of personal sales in excess of $10,000,000 since 2001, obtained through soliciting business, maintaining overall customer satisfaction, monitoring job bidding process (through DODGE reports and AGC membership), reading and interpreting blueprints and preparing accurate bid proposals. As well, maintained record keeping relative to sales volume, projecting annual sales forecasts and ensuring prompt payment of accounts receivable. Still other responsibility was held for prompt return of sales calls and job-site visits in parts of Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana. Other duties included: customer relations, quality control, negotiating contracts and regulatory compliance.​Note: Assisted in the development and successful implementation and marketing of new product lines regarding masonry foam insulation, residential and commercial polyisocyanurate foam insulation and participation in local trade shows.

07/93 – 05/00​​Administrator; GRACE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY; Gould, AR​Helped with the set-up and founding of GCA and served as the Administrator/Principal of school. Duties also consisted of serving as Senior High School Learning Center Supervisor, assisting in the daily school operations including student record keeping, issuing standardized tests, academic assistance, parent meetings, tuition processing and reported monthly financial reports to the church school board. In addition, further duties included the issuance of payroll, payroll reports, W-2 forms and all other tax related information. Also, conducted daily chapel meetings and acted as overall spiritual advisor to staff, parents and students. Attended annual School of Tomorrow training programs as well, to ensure adequate school performance.
