I started my career at Monytel as a developer about 20 years ago. A short but significant experience that thought me basic coding principles on different platforms.While at Accenture, I had the opportunity to work in the implementation of solutions for companies such as Carrefour, Ambev, Vale do Rio Doce and UnitedHealthGroup. I was responsible for development and testing teams, in Brazil and abroad. I lived two years in the United States working on release management and quality assurance, supported by teams located in Brazil, India and the Philippines (Following the Sun model).Once at Gerdau, I was responsible for the implementation of regression testing routines for projects and weekly updates, as well as defining and driving change management (CAB) for SAP Global. I worked in the implementation of Gerdau Template program responsible for testing activities, deployment and IT governance.When I decided to leave Gerdau, I needed to challenge myself on a totally different environment. I became a Software Engineer for Lexis Nexis. I had the opportunity of working with Big Data (HPCC) and Mobile (Telematics, QA Automation and occasionally some code review).After a while, a former supervisor invited me to become the QA Manager for Alelo. I was able to stablish processes for both manual and automated testing, significantly reduced QA costs and influenced on other disciplines such as DevOps. As a result, I was granted more responsibilities and became QA, RPA, Risk and Security Manager.Finally, I was invited to become partner at Aoop Cloud Solutions. As a Business Automation Partner, I lead a great team of technical consultants with a cost reduction and enhance productivity mindset. We are engaged on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions and delivering high quality automation assets in order to accelerate digital transformation and efficiency for customers.In addition to my professional experience, over the years I had the chance to complete an MBA in Information Technology and a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic School of USP.
