Started off as a Route Driver, worked my way into Sales and was the first person of the company to join the new Field Service Department as the Sr. Field Service Manager. The FSM position is tasked to be the liaison cross functionally to the Logistics, Plant Operations including warehouse, Commercial, Human Resources and Customer Service teams. This position covers all East Texas primarily the city of Houston and the surrounding area and west Louisiana consisting of 7 Oak Farms Dairy Branch locations. Holding daily Governance meetings. Responsible for creating and managing distribution score cards. Systematically inputting new items internally as well as creating tasks to execute successfully in the field. I manage/delegate a team of 9 SMR’s and the Web Order Specialists (CRP). Creating and managing their schedule and territories. I call on all School districts, National Key Accounts including but not limited to Walmart, Target, Dollar General, CVS and Walgreens. Directly responsible for sales analytics and identifying opportunities in distribution of SKU’s and opportunities with service. This is a pivotal position in SKU rationalization.
