This is a high potential leadership program to identify, engage, and sponsor those emerging leaders who will take Salesforce to 2020 and beyond. I manage a cohort of participants and advocates along a six month journey where they have an opportunity to learn the business from key executives across our company as well as experience hands-on skill building workshops provided by internal subject matter experts and external vendors.
