As the Product Owner of our Technology & Products new hire success and onboarding programs, I'm responsible for ensuring our programs are effective in getting our new hires productive faster and in the most efficient way possible. Our two week T&P Bootcamp is designed to offer our new hires a blended-learning experience of instructor-led presentations to hands-on workshops where our engineers can start building their environments and committing code by week two. Our programs are all designed internally and led by internal subject matter experts. I manage a team of 60 plus engineer SMEs and it's because of their expertise that we can iterate quickly and stay on top of current trends to ensure our new hires are experiencing and learning the most current version of our technology at all times. Aside from developing and facilitating new hire programs, I'm the program manager for our Technology and Products Women's Leadership program. This is a high potential leadership program to identify, engage, and sponsor those emerging leaders who will take Salesforce to 2020 and beyond. I manage a cohort of participants and advocates along a six month journey where they have an opportunity to learn the business from key executives across our company as well as experience hands-on skill building workshops provided by internal subject matter experts and external vendors.
