Project manager and business analyst with 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, technology implementation in the commercial casualty insurance and Legal Matters markets. I have worked with all levels of leadership in high revenue organizations and have been assigned to a diverse list of projects ranging from internal value programs to business critical operational projects.I am currently working with Houston based, Onit Inc. (a leading Enterprise Legal Management and business process automation company) as a Solutions Architect working with some of the most influential, successful corporations in the US to solve some of the most challenging legal processes. Previously, led many projects for the Texas branch of Centene Corporation - Superior HealthPlan, a leading health insurance and Medicaid coordinator. In this role I was focused on technology implementations and contract compliance projects. Successes included highly valued ICD-10 implementation and preparation (code set critical for revenue streams), client facing mobile application development through direct contract, and revenue protecting system for verification of rendered services. Previous experience with Seton includes supervising a 30+ staff hospital operations department and coordinating responses to government contractor inquiries for past payments. Colleagues know me as a highly creative thinker, professional and always a team player who is up for a challenge. That said, I spend a lot of time understanding the company and the needs of the audience before suggesting ideas. When it comes down to putting in a hard day's work, I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.I have a BS from Texas State University in Health Information Management.I’m currently limited to short projects and consulting outside of normal business hours, and on weekends.
