Sr. Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Current* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and expansion.* Utilize data-driven insights to segment customer base, identify key touchpoints, and create personalized, targeted marketing campaigns.* Implement marketing automation and lifecycle nurturing programs to deliver timely and relevant messaging throughout the customer journey.* Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.* Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as churn rate, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and identify areas for improvement.* Develop and optimize automated customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and successful adoption of Wistia products and services.* Manage and optimize customer communication channels, including email and in-app messaging, to deliver targeted and impactful communications.* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer lifecycle marketing to continuously innovate and drive results.* Collaborate with the broader marketing team on cross-functional initiatives, such as lead generation, content marketing, and customer advocacy programs, to create a holistic customer experience.
