A Training Materials Development team needed to transform into a Change Management team. I conducted extensive literature reviews and quantitative and qualitative research to develop Organization Design and Talent Management tools and methods that help internal and external clients adopt a comprehensive, integrative product lifecycle management (PLM) PaaS.• Our mission statements were neither motivating nor guiding; they were perfunctory and boring. I researched the literature and developed a process and tools for writing foundational guiding statements. Other teams are now using the process to create inspiring and effective mission and vision statements.• My team only had informal practices for hiring training material developers. I created a job-design process and hiring system in alignment with industry standards and best practices. Event schedule and process for determining competency model and hiring practices are now established.• My department’s Change Management model needed organizational design and talent management tools and underpinning theories. I researched those areas and provided dozens of documents with theories and materials for our change management process. • Employees I worked with were asked to be a team, but they were behaving as individuals with no clear roles or goals, and team projects were constantly behind schedule. I created a team dynamics assessment program. Two teams have used the program so far, identifying and filling missing roles to improve productivity.
