We help select leaders that serve and protect our communities.I collaborate with public safety clients to strategize, develop, and execute selection processes aimed at identifying and promoting top talent.- Conduct job analyses to identify key job duties, tasks, and KSAOs. - Conduct adverse impact analyses to examine adverse impacts based on race and gender.- Analyze and maintain confidential personnel data, including scoring candidate performance (SPSS, Excel). - Demonstrate expertise in assessment development, survey design, validation methodologies, and facilitation of assessments.
