Shortly after joining a new team in order to support the iHope Genetic Health initiative, funding for the program was unexpectedly and dramatically reduced. As a result, six of the nine new team members were laid off.

Led key customer initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional team members in order to ensure that strategic objectives were aligned.

Managed a $41 million portfolio across the airline, online travel agency, rail, and event ticket digital channels. Tracked market trends and presented senior executives with detailed industry insights and revenue forecasts to assist the long-term planning process.

Collaborated with a portfolio of eCommerce partners to deliver on ambitious revenue targets and drive sustainable growth across the organization. Tracked client performance and launched additional revenue streams.

Established the operation and presided over significant growth while providing youth sports programs to over 10,000 customers annually.
