Senior Emergency Manager, Planner, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Subject Matter Expert; Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) M 3/5 Emergency Preparedness Division.Provided senior-level emergency management, planning, and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear SME and program management support to BUMED’s Emergency Preparedness Directorate.• CBRN Lead - Provided senior-level strategic and tactical planning and plan integration, program implementation guidance, training, and assessments to Navy Medicine commanded activities worldwide. Developed hazard-specific response tactics, techniques, and procedures for first receivers, including CBRN decontamination and treatment.
