With over 20 years of experience in the conservation and public sectors, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to enhance the quality of life and environmental stewardship in the communities I serve. As the Deputy Director of MetroParks of Butler County, I oversee business development, corporate sponsorships, public/private partnerships, charitable giving, special park improvement projects, and special interest groups. I bring a diverse perspective and a wealth of expertise in development, conservation, fundraising, and operations to the MetroParks team.In my current role, I have successfully secured multiple grants, donations, and sponsorships to support the MetroParks' mission and goals, as well as initiated and facilitated several collaborations and partnerships with local, regional, and state agencies, organizations, and businesses. I have leveraged my skills in onsite management, team building, and project planning to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of these projects, while also engaging and communicating with the public and stakeholders. I am proud of the positive impact that I have made on the MetroParks' operations, finances, and facilities, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to their growth and success.
