- Helped Board of Directors execute transfer of team stewardship from BCC Baseball to newly established Bethesda Community Base Ball Club. - Developed and executed team fundraising initiatives, including a four-week online holiday auction, raising more than $100,000 in total.- Planned and executed the 2021 summer collegiate baseball season amid the COVID pandemic, bringing in more than $300,000 in revenue. - Implemented marketing strategies and oversaw ticketing operation, sponsorship sales, online broadcasts and team website, summer camp, and more. - Managed and cultivated partnerships with local food and merchandise vendors and other community organizations. - Interviewed, hired and supervised interns for summer season and various projects.- Launched BigTrain.TV broadcast network with feature-length interviews and stories and live game broadcasts.
