Founding member of a newly-created interactive department, part of a team responsible for building and structuring the group and helping to position ourselves as the premier Center of Excellence for design and front-end development within the company. Led a project team of UX and UI designers in the creation of a wide variety of customer-facing mobile and desktop solutions and acted as mentor to the UI designers in the entire department.
