I bring over five years of experience in conducting and evaluating education research projects, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. I hold a PhD in Higher Education from Penn State University, where I developed and applied my skills in research design, survey design, data analysis, and public speaking.My research interests and expertise focus on how colleges and universities create and sustain environments that foster student success and equity, especially for underrepresented groups such as first-generation, low-income, or minoritized students. As a part of an evaluation team for an NSF-funded National Research Traineeship (NRT) program, I designed and conducted evaluations of the NRT programs, analyzed data, and communicated findings to stakeholders. I am proficient in using various software tools such as SPSS, Stata, and Maxqda for data management and analysis. I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and practice of higher education through rigorous and relevant research and evaluation.
